Asha Dais is an Associate of the Ingber Law Firm and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and pending admission in New York. At the Ingber Law Firm, Asha is involved in foreign and domestic trademark and copyright registration and litigation in order to protect and enforce clients’ intellectual property rights.
Asha received her Bachelors of the Arts degree in Philosophy and Spanish from Drew University. She graduated from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey in 2016 with a Concentration in Intellectual Property. While at Rutgers, she was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, a Student Associate in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic, and the Vice President of Community Affairs in the Association of Black Law Students.
In addition to school activities, during law school she interned for Prudential Insurance Company of America where she reviewed and drafted various contracts. Asha also interned for a year as a law clerk at The Fannie E. Rippel Foundation where she reviewed and drafted various trademark agreements and internal memorandum, as well as researching issues on trademark quality control and licensing for the various company subcontractor projects. After law school, Asha did a Superior Court Clerkship in the Essex County Civil Division with the Honorable L. Grace Spencer.
In her free time Asha loves to do power yoga, read Young Adult fiction novels, and watch and write movie critiques.
