History
LEGAL EXPERIENCE: INGBER & GELBER, LLP and predecessors-Millburn, New Jersey;
This is my 18th year of practice in the field of Intellectual Property. I have worked diligently to present an effective, cost efficient alternative to the larger Intellectual Property firms, and would welcome the opportunity to work with you and your company to protect your Intellectual Property
I am the past Chairman of the Essex County Bar Association's ("ECBA") Intellectual Property Committee, have been a frequent Lecturer on Intellectual Property issues before the Essex, Morris and Union County bar associations and am a Contributing Author in the recently published book Traps for the Unwary (a primer for New Jersey Lawyers on pitfalls to avoid in everyday practice).
My practice is concentrated substantially in the area of Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, domain name disputes, licensing, tecbnology transfer, computer and technology related law, including all aspects of litigation in Federal and State Courts and before the Patent and Trademark Office; prosecution of U.S. and foreign trademark applications; and availability searches).
I also represent policyholders in insurance coverage and litigation involving alleged intellectual property infingement; compelling insurance companies to pay client legal expenses incurred in defending unfair competition, copyright and trademark lawsuits.
